sprint needs to improve thier customer service and let it be known that there customer service has improved. There service is very reliable, data plans are fast (one of the fastest), and the packages are very competative. 99 bucks a month for unlimited everything is really hard to beat. is there any other carrier with a better plan than that at the moment?
i have sprint and when my contract was up i gave verizon a try for 30 days with thier pearl and i was impressed with thier customer service, but i didnt notice any diffrence in call quality, data speeds, coverage and store locations. so i just stuck with sprint, if you dig hard enough you can find a customer serice number where there is no wait time and people actually know what there talking about.
If they just fixed thier customer service, loose iden (sell all hybrid phone CDMA phone with Direct connect), and changed thier name for better public perception. Then they should be just fine.
maybee thats what at&t did. at&t to cingular then back to at&t?
