I have to admit that Sprint used to be terrible especially with customer service and billing. As a matter of fact a few years ago I spent months arguing with them that I was being overcharged for services only to be given some weird explanation about rolling billing dates. It was a welcome, albeit bizzare, occurrence to find a check a year later -- out of the blue -- for $140 from Sprint with no real reason given as to why -- almost eerie.
Lately we feel real good about the service and have even had sprint evaluate our plan ... finding a cheaper plan. Service seems to be fine.
