This is not true. I have had hotmail for a long time, and my mail arrives just fine and sends just fine. Its not pushed like yahoo/gmail, but its definitely usable.

I dont mean to say this definitely...i know it works on my bberry. I have had the hotmail account for as long as i can remember....it may be possibly i have been grandfathered in?

Also, there are programs out there that will allow you to forward your hotmail email, try creating a blackberry email account and using this mail forwarding program to forward the mail to your blackberry address.
