It is unlikely they will change the processor for anything in the 9xxx line (look at 81xx, 83xx, 87xx, 88xx, all the same processor). They might change the internal memory for it, and the external media card slot. Its also not likely they will make the resolution much better than it is, you are going to start running into much larger devices which people have already complained about. Rev A adoption has been slow, very much like 3G has been slow on US GSM carriers. Its still major cities at this point, and not even all of them. Once it is rolled out more i am sure you will see devices come out with Rev A.
