well i dont think it will be push other than exchange and any other email providers that provide it (gmail, yahoo, .mac). Other than those and Exchange I think you looking a the normal pull email. But to me theres not much of a difference unless your on BES for Blackberry. BIS there is still a delay in getting the email, so whether they push BIS every 15 min or your phone pulls every 15 min its the same time frame. but thats my opinion, and it fits my needs.
