When I got it yesterday my local store put me on basic whatever that is because I had the full meal deal on my htc touch. Anyway, I found I didn't have a browser at all later in the day. I called them to have them change my account yesterday afternoon and the operator, not tech support, changed it to enterprise for some reason. I didn't know any better....shoulda been personal all along and Alltel Tech support helped me a ton!
