Hi. I am unable to sync ny Bb 8800 with my computer. I installed the new version of the desktop manager and tried to configure the synchronization. I get this error message: "The operation terminated unexpectedly." The info bar on the error message popup says "Intellisync". I tried this to remedy the situation, but it odoes not work: BlackBerry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close

If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
