the faq says " Go to Profiles on your BlackBerry and create a new custom profile, naming it the name of your targeted sender"

when i originally created the contact for the person i want (in the address book) i chose a custom ringtone so there is an exception for that person already existing - do i create a new one anyway under profiles?


Edit and change the Messages, Level 1 Messages, MMS, Phone and SMS notifications for this profile"
