I recently had 3 users traveling to Germany. They told me that they could receive calls from anyone except they could not call each other. When they called each other the calls would simply go directly to vmail.

FYI they all have international calling plans and sim cards. When they dialed each other they told me they tried every combination possible, direct xxx-xxx-xxxx, 011 + 49 + Area Code+ Tel # , 011 + 49 + 69+ Tel #

All calls to each other goto vmail.

Anyone have a clue to what is going on.
