GoogleMaps, Nav4All and AmazeGPS. From there it really is a personal preference decision.

I personally keep at least three on my device at all times; TeleNav (because it is just the best, and it works!), Google Maps, and WinLiveSearch (has great search capability, sometimes finds stuff that Google won't).
