You need to connect your device to Desktop Manager on your work computer connected to your work email. If Desktop manager isn't setup properly to acquire an online connection with your email profile then you're going to have to contact IT to reactivate on the BES.

It's posted in this thread many times about doing this when you are still connected to a BES. it's a BAD idea.
