The Missing Sync by Mark/Space is also a good option. (Better than PocketMac in my opinion.)

Also, ignore the ignorant posts by users such as the one above me. It's not the first time that user has thread-crapped in a Mac related thread. Obviously, they have no experience with Macs and haven't realized what they're missing.
