Well, the correct term is "Exchange ActiveSync" right? And that is what allows 'push' email on PPC devices. I've also heard people say "ActiveSync over Exchange".
Direct from Microsoft's website... "Exchange ActiveSync offers Direct Push Technology, enabling a seamless push e-mail experience for compatible devices."
