We won't close a thread for someone asking for help on a locked BB. if we think someone has stolen a device and then we simply try to convince folks to do the right thing.

The phone will unlock when you have entered the 10th try. You will LOSE ALL DATA but the phone will be fully functional again and you can change the password or chose not to have one.
