I have a user who's calendar is not syncing right. At least, that's what I think is happening. His calendar is set to keep appointments forever, but on the first of the month, all of last month's appointments just dissapear off of the Blackberry. They stay in outlook, so it's not deleting them, but he can't access his old appointments on his blackberry. 8800 on a BES.

Any clues?
