I'm on BIS, and there aren't enough people here to really justify BES. Given that, what is the best solution to getting forwarded emails from Exchange at certain hours?

While I am at work, I am usually close to my desk, so I don't really need push email to my Blackberry.

But I would like to get my work emails forwarded during the evenings and on weekends.

The solutions I have seen are the following:

-Blackberry Redirector
-POP account on the BB
-Forwarding rule within Exchange

But from what I can tell, none have any rules to set up scheduled times to forward, it's either all or nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
