Nope. You either push email or you don't. If want forwarding at specific times you'd have to set that up on the side you're forwarding from. Please refer to the countless other threads on this matter. You can manually toggle email delivery and that's about it but not worth the hassle IMO.
It's rare that I suggest this but you should probably look into a pull email device since that's one of your requirements. Either that or just deal with the daytime email.
