Here's another piece of info that might help solve this puzzle. In the "Device Databases" section of the Desktop Manager, I have 4 Calendar databases. Three say "Calendar" and one says "Calendar - All"

Also, I never had any [CICAL] service books. I have email addresses listed in service books. When I open the email address in the service book, it says, among other things, "CID: CICAL" I deleted the email addresses for all my emails except the the one for my main email address associated with outlook & now I can't email. I guess I'll resend service books to fix that problem. But I'm still unable to synce calendars with outlook without getting all duplicates.
