I'm not sure what the advantage to that would be unless the BES admin has set up EA to not push all data. If you have wireless backup enabled there's really no reason to bother with the Switch Device Wizard IMO.

Not necessarily. My personal BB is on BES.

Still, the OP should check with the employer if this is a personal purchase. Some companies don't allow personal devices.
