Calendar entries older than 90 days not syncing with BB7250 Please Login to Remove! I have a user who would like to keep his calendar entries from the last 6 years on his device, but it will not sync entries older than 90 days.
We have BES 4.0.7.9 for Exchange 2003, and the device he is using is a BB7250 with 32MB of memory. I had him wipe the unit and perform a clean Enterprise Activation, which sets the calendar to purge entries older than 60 days by default. After changing this option to "Forever", we re-activated his device with no entries older than 90 days synchronizing.
At first, I was worried about the memory in the device being depleated by the massive amount of entries (which is a tad over 4000), but if you wipe the device and only use the Desktop Manager to sync (no BES activation) all entries appear just fine.
Any thoughts?
