Hi all:
Just to update you on this. The headset finally broke for good which prompted me to call. The company where I bought the Jawbone from originally closed but opened under a different name but I found them. I was literally one week out of warranty and the company said they could not replace the headset!!
I then called Aliph and they too tried to say I was out of warranty etc.. After a few minutes arguing with them that this is a known problem and that I am only one week out of warranty, they decided to send me a brand new headset.
The company is well aware of this problem, I would definatly call or write them if you are having the same issues.
