No phone looks perfectly fine, the usb port looks intact, i did not trip over the cord or anything it is brand new and i have been extremely careful. However i tried the blackberry on 4 other computers in my house and none of them even recognize it as a device, and the little led at the top right no longer turn on when i plug in the phone into the wall or i not the computer. However i found out on the internet that the charger i used is just a standard blackberry charger and they are all the same, so i couldent have fried it, what else could be the problem?
