Yes your right (sorry for the confusion) on my plan however I do have a certain amount of data I can receive for free per month.Not very much but I have never seen any sort of payment above & beyond my "normal" plan.
I'd love to figure it out but anyone who's on rogers knows their site has been messed up for months..lol
