We are now requiring a password on devices, and so far one user wants to be off BES. What is the best way to take someone off the server and get everything working on BIS? I applied a default IT policy but when she sends mail it looks like its still trying to go through bes.

I've never taken a Blackberry back this way before, and not sure of the process.
