Hi, I'm new here and thanks to ya'll, I'm learning a lot about my new BB Curve (8310).

I routinely use my my Palm desktop to dial my razor. I'm on the phone a lot and this is really useful.


I bought a BB Curve and the Palm desktop downloads to the BB fine.

The problem is, I can't get the Palm Desktop (or Microsoft Dialer), to dial the BB.
It keeps getting a "device not connected" message.
The BB Desktop connects fine.
The blue light on my BB flashes once when I attempt to dial.
The BB is version 4.2 and connect via USB.

Any help would be appreciated.
