- Call RIM sooner, not later. RIM will right a carrier error at no charge.
- Say/Cite "ConsumerPro" vs. "Enterprise," not "BIS" and "BES."
- Never, ever say, "EXPRESS" and BES together (i.e. "BES EXPRESS"); and,
- if you're lucky enough to know someone else with a spare CAL, do the test (temporary) activation to their independent-of-your admin/technical domain sooner, not later -- as this test is DEFINITIVE!
