Sounds like rogers has disabled OWA Email aggrigation for your account. You may be able to call them and have them enable it.

I think by default you can only do something like hotmail, POP3, and AOL...can't even do iNotes, imap, or anything. But some people have had luck with calling them and getting it enabled.
