Picked up my phone to make a call after dinner tonight and have a white screen with JUM Error Code 535 showing. I called ATT and its a long process to reset the phone. The tech said since I was within my 30 days to return the phone and get a new one.

My question is this. Has anyone else had this code appear on their Curve, and second, what causes this code to appear, is it a virus I downloaded or a problem with the phone itself?
