Laurent, has the PIN on the new device been registered on your BIS account? Sign in to your BIS account for your carrier and input the PIN?

It does accept my PIN and IMEI on the My carriers BIS page - now that Tmobile has released the PIN ...

However, i then send service books - get a popup stating the service books have been sent successfully but because im on gprs or edge, i dont receive them....
