there is no law that says you have to give them that money. The pens have been proven wrong time and time again. Only a bank can keep the bill if they suspect its fake. Make them call the cops right then and there. I had this same exact thing happen a few weeks ago with a hundred dollar bill the grocery clerk said it was fake and wanted to keep it. I had the bank manager from the in the store bank come over and use their methods and it was real. SO dont trust those pens at all.
