Just picked up a Pearl to upgrade from 7130e. When I attempt to read an email from the BES server, I get a message in the email that says

"More available 3419 Bytes"

Therefore, I have to click the trackball to tell the BB to show more of the email....kind of pain. I have selected the 'auto more' option in email setting but this has not solved the problem. anyone have any thoughts.
