Hi all! So I have been having some issues... I am trying to get my blackberry connected to my computer. I bought my pearl off ebay, and unfortunately it did not come with the CD for set up. Whenever I try to plug in my phone to my USB and connect it to the computer, it says USB device is not recognized and that one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctions and windows does not recognize. What is wrong?!! I tried downloading a bunch of software of the bb website, but still nothing is working... HELP!!!
