I have lost my BIS and am showing GSM as opposed to GPRS.
Am in the queue for tech support, but they are quoting a 20 min wait, so I'm guessing there are serious problems somewhere?
Service itself appears to be ok as I can log into the web portal from my PC, maybe they've just lost data services in general.
Update: Yes, they have no data at T-Mob UK at the moment, this will affect everyone, not just BB users... voice calls unaffected.
