The updates for 4.5 for the CDMA devices are relatively small compared to the GSM. Keep in mind that CDMA was the first to release 4.3 AND video recording AND side loading media card slots. I honestly dont know why people complain so much about CDMA. Dont like it? Move to ATT/Tmo. Dont want to do that? get over it
