View Outlook Folder list, is there no way of viewing the same folder list on Outlook on the blackberry?

Also my BB was only activited yesterday, however I already have a 700mb mailbox which has many many subfolders, and I want to be able to see all of this mail on my BB?

I have tried to do a sync with Desktop Manager, however doesnt seem to be working?

Any help?
