Yes all of that is done, Im receiving new emails that isn't the problem. I have installed the BES on DM, however I want to do a full sync of my mailbox with the BB so that all of my emails that lie in the subfolders are present on my BB. At the moment all of my old previous emails pre BB are in my mailbox on my outlook client (which is on my exchange server).

The only thing I can think of is that my DM 4.2.2.14 is not the latest software?

I have the Desktop Redirector installed as well, however not sure if I need that if I am BES with full wireless sync....I pay £25 per month for the BES license and provisioning....
