Surely there is not.
If you want mail older than 14 days on your newly activated device, then you must forward the mail to yourself so it's treated as a new message. Using the MAPI protocol, Exchange will trigger a UDP Notify packet to BES letting BES know there is new mail, and BES will then push the message to your handheld.

You cannot import messages the device. BlackBerry devices simply don't work that way.
