Sprint isn't that bad. The customer service reps ruin it for them.
Their retentions department is great though. I guess it would have to be given Sprint's current dilemma. Anyway a friend of mine has Sprint and they wouldn't give him the discount price on a new phone. He got sent to retentions, when he said he was going to leave, they gave him the phone for the subsidized rate. I guess that is the advantage of being on the #3 carrier.
