Sorry. Operating system 4.5 for CDMA phones (e.g. - 8130) is expected to be released soon. 4.5 for GSM phones is already widely available, although many are beta releases.

Anyway, when 4.5 is available for you to update your phone, you will be able to download the above mentioned file types from emails and save them to your microSD card. (natively)
