  1. You're depending on the Beejive proxy being up; if it goes down but your IM network and cell tower are fine, you're out of luck.
  2. You're giving Beejive your IM logins/passwords. Generally not something you want to give to strange people on the Internet.
  3. You're letting Beejive read your IMs
