Beyond411 is a necessity! Here's a link to a lot of freeware we use for our blackberry devices Blackberry Freeware - Free Software . Also, take a look in the aftermarket section on this forum for more great tools.

I'd love to find one as well...

IdeaMatrix is one option, I think - but, while I'm a paid-in-full user of ToDoMatrix, I can't justify the cost of IdeaMatrix (yet).

It looks like it costs $60. I understand how you feel. I will be patient.

Question

What should such a "better" memo pad be able to do?

Organize the titles
For starters. Have more internal features. More graphically appealing. The native one also syncs with Outlook and other clients which a better quality program would need to do as well

I use IdeaMatrix and have justified the expense. There are many benefits to it versus MemoPad (user interface, organization, setting alerts, locking specific entries with a password, and much more). Although it does not sync with Outlook, it does have a web-based interface, which allows you to not only access on any PC/browser, but it backs up in realtime (virtually).

They are always releasing enhancements and actually listen to users. Yeah, its a little pricey, but I think it is worth it.

They do have a free trial as well, so maybe give it a test drive.
