Default 907 invalid jar - 06-14-2005, 01:27 AM

We have a Mobile MMORPG game Age of Fantasy. It is a J2ME application. We tested it on BlackBerry simulator. It works fine. We are trying to let people download the game from http://wap.pagames.net/aof_1265.jad . But some of them keep getting error meaage "907 invalid jar". Anyone has any idea how to fix this thing? Thanks in advance.

You will probably have to move some of the code or resources to a library project and manully edit the jad file to referance the other module the main project module CLDC app can be 128k max. Libraries can be 64k max. The best way to tell if your cod is too big for OTA is to try and open it with winzip or winrar if you can see cod files in it. It is too big. RIM documentation says their is no limit to the size but it seems some people still cannot download these files OTA. A quick fix may be just releasing in a zip file with an alx file for desktop install for these people.
