I can't seem to do a file transfer from Curve running JiveTalk to a person using Google Talk (PC based). I select Fire Transfer, it then takes me to locating the file everything goes just fine but it times out. The person on the other side doesn't get the transfer dialog or know that anything is happening.

I know the PC can receive file transfers from another PC using Google Talk and there are NO firewall restrictions on the PC.

Does JiveTalk do file transfers on Google Talk?

I "believe" the file transfer on JT is AIM based. I saw a thread on that recently, here.

EDIT: update, yes, I understand it will transfer to any client that does AIM file transfer.

I'm getting a lot of "Time out!" error messages the last few days.

Directly from JiveTalk. JiveTalk only handles file transfers from ICQ and AIM currently.

No Google Talk transfers as of yet.
