8310, Rogers, BES (corporate/work)

Having issues; looking for help. Upon installing Nav4all, I get the following message when I try to open the program:

Uncaught exception: net.rim.device.api.system.UnsupportedOperationExce ption

Google Maps, BB Maps work fine. I have issues more often than not with 411 Beyond. What else? I recently added the following TCP APN info to try to fix an issue w/another app that I've since deleted (I'll start a new string on that sometime):

internet.com w/the appropriate username and pw

Suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can send my way...
