I am doing a usability research on the email functionality of the BlackBerry 8800.

For analysis purposes, I need to record the user's interaction, I have tried with a camcorder but the quality and details isn't as good as I wish.

Could you recommend a way to capture the screen? Any idea is welcome.

I have tried a couple of solutions...

...but they are not too good though, they only capture a screenshot every half a second. They also result on interaction issues, many times the user has to press a key twice to make the character appear on screen, too bad.

Any idea on how to do this or link to already existing product will be most welcome.
