Everyone highly recommended this recording program because it is good and mostly because it is free. Well I installed it and it works great. But the trial period has expired and it keeps asking for a licensing key that you have to pay for. I thought this program was free as long as you did not want to send the recordings via email.

I just wanted to be able to record short messages to myself on the BB. Why can I no longer use the program unless i pay for it. Am I missing something here

I was going to download it and noticed this as well. I believe it is no longer free.

Well... as soon as OS 4.3 comes out, this functionality will be built into the OS.

Don't even try to contact customer service. I registered and like the product, but I can't send the files and their customer service is absolutely terrible - I'm caught in an endless loop of them asking me to do the same things over and over again and completely ignoring my requests to speak with someone. I sent them an e-mail and asked to contact the President of the company - even that was ignored.
