Hi, anybody use this for BB?

How does one backup data to desktop?
Their support is non responsive :( but I like the application.

it should just backup when you backup via the BB desktop manager, no?

What type of data are you trying to backup? the program itself? or the data from the program? I dont know if this helps but At the bottom of the blackberry page on their site it says

Very cute program. Thanks for the link. However, I'm not sure if I want to pay for it when I can do the same thing for free with Fitday.com. I'll have to think about it, especially since you will have to purge it from time to time.
