Default eOffice...transferring "network" files to "Local" - 06-17-2005, 02:47 PM

For those of you who use eOffice...is there anyway files from the "network" folders can be saved to the "local" folder? I've tried opening the document and copying into a new document; and using "save as" but no such luck.

I am wondering, since I have a trial version of the app...if that is why I'm not able to make the file transfer. Is that option available in the non-trial version?

I'm assuming ALL attachments sent to the handheld and saved to eOffice will be stored on the "Network" and not on the "Local."

Sage advice...wisdom...and general ol' knowledge is much appreciated!

You should be able to copy files using either method - copy/paste or Open/Save As should work. Do you get any errors when you try to do that?

If you register for a 7 day trial you hould have all the options as in full version. The demo will have save limitation.

The small attachments (under 64K) are purshed to the Local/mailattachments, larger ones stay in Network/mailattachments.

If you have problems - drop a note to [email address] or call our 24x7 support hotline at 212-400-7602.
