Question Newbie question - Update

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everybody, I just got my BB 7280, tried to install eOffice and had issues installing it (I couldn't because it said I had to connect BB and have Desktop Manager running, and despite it was connected and desktop manager was running, it wouldn't install) so I updated as they suggested, now I'm using v4.0 of handheld software and desktop manager, I then tried to upgrade the handheld to v4.0 following Cingular's instructions, but I couldn't, in the Applications Loader wizard, nothing appears, so the dumb question: What do I do to update? Is there something I must do first or this just too technological for me?

I have had the same problem of getting eoffice up and running smoothly but has not been able to use any bit yet even though I upgraded to PRO just a fortnight ago. This bit about support remotely is now getting on my nerves much more. I wonder how long more this is going to drag? I've asked for the program too as they came with the suggestion of wrong installation. I'm tearing my hair now after spending so much.

Beyond that memory has been wasted for a non-working programs and each time there is a lack of it, my emails get wiped off first! How frustrating?

I downloaded the beta version of eOffice 3.0 and the installation seemed to go smoothly, including getting the message in Application Loader that the installation was successful.

Then I looked at the BB (7290 running OS 4.0). It was completely frozen with nothing on the screen. Nothing short of the traditional battery removal would revive it.

I deleted all but one (I don't remember which one) of the eOffice programs on the BB. I couldn't get one to delete on the BB and I had to remove it using the Application Loader.

I can't believe it was a memory problem. The only software I have besides OS 4.0 I have is Berry 411 and bbSpell -- both of which I think are great programs.
