Nextel User, if you had any issues I'm wondering why you didn't contact our support, we would have been happy to assist you to get the most from the service. However to address your issues:
Per the link to the Quickstart guide, the link to it on the homepage is working, not sure why the link in your e-mail didn't. We will fix this immediately if indeed it has an issue.
Per the saving of the audio files. They can easily be deleted, but your suggestion is heard and we will do something to make saving an option.
Regarding not hearing the prompt, we intentionally do not enable the speaker phone because some people hold the phone to their head when speaking the message.
Per the msg not arriving, do you have a data plan? It requires a data plan for the audio to be sent. You are the first to report a missing e-mail/sms. I use it regularly and haven't had issues. The current hours of operation are 3:30AM - 7PM PST (16 hours per day). As the user base grows we can move to 24 hours.
